Andrew Dice Clay built his entire persona around being the loudest, most aggressively confident voice in the room — his 'Diceman' character was essentially a rooster in human form, crowing over crowds with crude bravado and daring anyone to challenge him. He commanded attention through sheer volume and combativeness, famously selling out Madison Square Garden and making enemies as easily as fans. Like a rooster, he leads a tight community of devoted loyalists, expects to be heard first and loudest, and turns combative the moment his dominance is questioned.
