The Beaver and Dolphin make a surprisingly solid friendship — the Beaver's methodical charm keeps the Dolphin from floating off into the stratosphere, while the Dolphin's breezy wit stops the Beaver from disappearing entirely into a spreadsheet. Romantically, though, it's a wobblier dam — the Beaver wants a five-year plan and the Dolphin wants to see where the current takes them, which is a polite way of saying these two will drive each other quietly insane.
