The Owl Thinks, The Rabbit Bolts

The Owl wants to dissect every emotion under a philosophical microscope while the Cottontail is already three fields away, heart racing for no particular reason. As friends, they can pull off an occasional deep conversation — usually initiated by the Owl and survived by the Rabbit. Romantically, though, this pairing has all the long-term promise of a library date that ends in a fire drill. The Owl's brooding intellectualism and the Cottontail's adorable chaos aren't so much opposites attracting as they are two people waiting for very different buses.
