The cottontail lives for cozy burrows, predictable routines, and the sweet comfort of knowing exactly where the exits are. The wild dog, meanwhile, treats life like a chaotic road trip with no map, no plan, and absolutely no interest in acquiring either. As friends, they can occasionally find common ground — usually when the wild dog needs a calm port in a storm and the cottontail needs a vicarious thrill. Romantically and physically, though, this pairing is less 'opposites attract' and more 'opposites exhaust each other until someone bolts — and we all know who that someone is.'
