King of the Jungle Meets Tiny Tyrant

The lion strides into the room expecting adoration; the shrew is already three steps ahead, critiquing the lion's entrance. As friends, there's a grudging mutual respect — the shrew's sharp mind impresses the lion, and the lion's confidence gives the shrew something to both admire and mercilessly poke holes in. Romantically, though, this is a slow-motion disaster: the lion needs worship, and the shrew gives notes. Between the sheets there's a flicker of something, but the shrew will critique the performance afterward, and the lion does not take notes well.
