The Peacock wants a captivated audience, and the Wildcat refuses to be anyone's audience. Both are stunning, self-possessed, and utterly convinced they're the most interesting creature in the room — which makes for spectacular tension and very little actual connection. As friends, they can occasionally bond over mutual appreciation of their own fabulousness, but romantically, this pairing is less a love story and more a cold war with better outfits.
