The Snake glides through life on cool calculation and carefully guarded secrets, while the Wolf demands loyalty, emotional depth, and a pack to call home — basically everything the Snake finds exhausting. As friends, they can manage a wary mutual respect, like two predators sharing a watering hole without making eye contact. Romantically, though, this is a slow-motion disaster: the Wolf will howl for connection the Snake simply isn't wired to provide, and the Snake will eventually vanish into the underbrush the moment things get too emotionally loud. Great for a thriller novel pairing; terrible for a shared Netflix account.
