Alexander Hamilton

Badger

Alexander Hamilton

Relentless, scrappy, and impossible to silence or stop.

Hamilton embodied the badger's defining traits: ferocious tenacity, a refusal to back down from any fight, and an obsessive drive to build and defend his vision at all costs. From his rise out of poverty in the Caribbean to his relentless authored output of Federalist Papers, his founding of financial institutions, and his repeated dueling challenges, Hamilton never retreated from a confrontation. Like the badger, he was stubborn to a fault, fiercely territorial about his ideas and reputation, and ultimately brought down by an enemy he refused to yield to.
